How does it work?

We have a huge selection of reusable plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. You can borrow however many of these as you need for your party, then just return them. We wash up too!

We can drop off and collect locally for £5, or you can drop off and collect from Vicars Cross in Chester.

What sized parties can you cater for?

We can cater for up to 72 settings at present - these may not always be available if other people are hiring bits of kit. If you don't see what you want, get in touch- we may be able to get more supplies in or make up numbers from our backup sets we use to make up for lost items.

What area do you cover?

We are based in Vicars Cross, Chester. For collection and delivery, we cover the local area (Boughton, Huntington, Hoole, Upton, Chester town centre, Newton, Blacon, Handbridge, Lache) but if you're a bit further afield, we may be able to accommodate for an additional cost.

If you are further afield and are happy to collect and deliver yourself, that's ok as well, but you may find another closer kit at the party kit network website that will be more convenient.

Is there a deposit to pay?

Yes, we ask for a £10 deposit by cash, bank transfer or paypal). This will be refunded by bank transfer or PayPal refund when the kit has been returned and checked. We will deduct 50p per missing item from the deposit.

How do I check availability?

Go to the Party kit page and select your choice, then click to select date required. If the kit is unavailable on that date, it will be blocked out.

You can use a pre-selected theme kit, for example of 12 white and 12 pink settings, or you can make your own by adding 6 white, 6 pink, 6 blue and 6 yellow.

What is included in each setting?

A setting comprises a plate, cup, bowl and cutlery

Are there any stipulations about use?

We want the kits to last and last, so please take care of the kit. Don't use metal cutlery - it scratches the plastic. Also please don't put anything in the dishwasher - we will wash everything regardless of whether or not it appears clean.

Beyond that, just use common sense!

We also ask that kits are returned on the day of or the day after the party so they can be cleaned and used again.
