How do I return an item?

We're sorry something wasn't right for you. Please follow the instructions below to set up your return.

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the returns information

 

What items can I return?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn beyond trying on
  • In the original packaging
  • For mystery boxes, you must return the entire box rather than individual items

If you are returning an item with which you received a free gift, this must also be returned or its value will be deducted from any refund.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Returning faulty items, or those that arrived damaged, is completely free
  • Where customers are returing items for any other reason, return shipping costs of £3.99 are payable; this will be deducted from your refund
  • You will be provided with a returns label, which will allow you to return items at any of the thousands of CollectPlus drop off points across the Uk
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless items are faulty or arrive damaged

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know when your refund has been processed
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. In most cases, the credit will appear within 24 hours of us receiving your item, but please allow up to 10 working days from when you sent the item back to us.
